KILARGO IS7080 DOOR PERIMETER SEAL SET – AVAILABLE IN VARIOUS SIZES

The Kilargo IS7080 Door Perimeter Seal Set packages head and jamb lengths for a complete door. Installed in lieu of the door stop on steel or timber frames (non fire-rated), its elastomeric gasket closes gaps of 010 mm against sound, cold smoke, light and weather. Door sets take the guesswork out of ordering: a Single Door Set contains 1 x 1000mm (head) and 2 x 2100mm (jambs); a Long Single 1 x 1000mm and 2 x 2750mm; a Double 3 x 2100mm; and a Long Double 1 x 2100mm and 2 x 2750mm.

What It’s Used For

Use the IS7080 on non fire-rated doors in offices, apartments, hotels and commercial buildings where the frame has no stop or where the stop is being replaced and you want an acoustic and draught seal built into the stop itself.

For fire doors or where silicone smoke performance is required, step up to the silicone-gasket IS7080si version, which is fire tested and smoke approved.

Acoustic tested AS 1191 / ISO 140-3 / ISO 10140-2. Acoustically tested in accordance with AS 1191, ISO 140-3 and ISO 10140-2 the laboratory standards for measuring sound insulation. Correctly sealed doors are the difference between a quiet room and a noisy one; this seal is proven to cut sound leakage through the door gaps.Not a fire seal. This product is not a fire-rated seal. It is designed for acoustic, cold-smoke, light and weather sealing on non fire-rated frames; choose the silicone IS7080si version where fire testing to AS 1530.4 is required. If your door is a fire door, pair it with (or choose) a Kilargo intumescent fire seal tested to AS 1530.4.Ordering & dispatch.
