The Kilargo IS3017si is a sweep-action blade seal with high-performance silicone rubber fins, fitted to door bottoms or perimeters of single and double action doors. It seals gaps of 812mm against dust, light, weather and vermin and is an ideal smoke seal for pivot door assemblies.

What It’s Used For

The IS3017si is the door bottom answer for pivot and double-action doors, where automatic drop seals can’t operate restaurant kitchen doors, corridor swing-through pairs and commercial pivot entries.

Also a cost-effective fixed sweep for standard hinged doors needing draught, dust and smoke control.

Smoke sealing BCA/NCC Specification C3.4. Conforms with Building Code of Australia (NCC) Specification C3.4 smoke sealing requirements. Smoke not flame is the biggest killer in building fires, and C3.4 sets out how door gaps must be sealed so escape routes stay clear of smoke.Acoustic tested AS 1191 / ISO 140-3 / ISO 10140-2. Acoustically tested in accordance with AS 1191, ISO 140-3 and ISO 10140-2 the laboratory standards for measuring sound insulation. Correctly sealed doors are the difference between a quiet room and a noisy one; this seal is proven to cut sound leakage through the door gaps.Antimicrobial option available. Also offered in an antimicrobial (AM) silicone version, formulated to inhibit the growth of bacteria and mould on the gasket surface specified in hospitals, aged care, laboratories and food-preparation areas.
