The 4″ Downspout Offset is designed to shift the downspout laterally when site conditions require a small horizontal adjustment. It is commonly used to bridge over brick water tables, foundation ledges, or other protruding construction details that prevent a straight vertical downspout run.

This one-piece offset bend simplifies installation when the ground connection pipe is positioned farther away from the wall than the downspout. The offset features an expanded top end and a reduced bottom end, allowing it to slide easily over and into standard downspout sections while maintaining the 2″ system overlap used throughout the Nordic Steel downspout system.

No caulking, sealants, rivets, or screws are required. By keeping fasteners out of the water path, the offset maintains smooth water flow and helps reduce debris buildup and leak risk compared to traditional systems. For reference, two 70 elbows connected together create approximately a 7.5″ offset, making this 4″ offset a compact alternative when only a minor adjustment is needed.

Manufactured from precoated galvanized steel, the offset ages consistently with the rest of the Nordic Steel gutter system for a uniform appearance over time.
