The Daggerz Zinc Plated Self-Piercing Screw is designed for fastening light metal applications. Manufactured from C1022 low carbon steel with a core hardness of HV240-425, it features a zinc plated finish that provides a minimum of 24-hour salt spray corrosion resistance.

The sharp point provides efficient penetration in light metal applications, while the unslotted hex washer head provides positive drive engagement and a broad bearing surface. Serrations beneath the head help resist loosening after installation, and the 1/4″ hex drive provides consistent drive engagement across all sizes.
