Designed to fit 36″ door openings, this unit measures 36-1/2″ in length with an overall height of 1-13/16″ for full lower-door coverage. This mechanically actuated automatic door bottom features an internal carrier bar with a vinyl insert that drops from a concealed cavity when the door closes, forming a tight seal against the threshold. When the door opens, the seal retracts automatically, making it ideal for carpeted interiors where constant contact could cause drag or wear.

Supplied with a frame actuator protector plate, this automatic sweep is field reversible to accommodate either door hand. It effectively blocks drafts, dust, moisture, and noise infiltration while improving energy efficiency and interior comfort in commercial applications.
