Form 0100 bends directly on the jobsite without relying on shop brakes or rollformers. The FS1W165 is ideal for standing seam roofing details, exposed fastener trim, fascia, rake edges, and field-fabricated flashing where precision and consistency matter.

Adjustable roller spacing allows accommodation of multiple material thicknesses, while the exclusive angled roller helps reduce scratching during 90 bends. Built from premium CNC aluminum and stainless-steel components, this modular bender is engineered for durability, corrosion resistance, and repeatable performance in demanding field conditions.

For expanded capability, pair with the FSC1 Bender Connector to create a modular two-station configuration for even greater control on long, straight bends.
