The Malco FS1W365 1-Station Wide Panel Bender is the deepest-capacity single-station bender in Malcos modular lineup. With a maximum bend depth of 365mm (14-3/8), this wide bearing stance model is built for forming larger flashing details, extended trim profiles, and deep architectural metal applications directly on the jobsite.

Designed for controlled, straight tracking, the wide bearing stance provides added stability when forming long, straight bends. The FS1W365 allows trade pros to form 0100 bends on straight or curved panels of virtually any length without waiting on shop brakes or rollformers.

Adjustable roller spacing accommodates multiple material thicknesses, while the exclusive angled roller helps reduce the risk of scratching during 90 bends. Constructed from premium CNC aluminum and stainless-steel components, this modular bender delivers durability, corrosion resistance, and precise field performance.

For even greater stability and tracking on extended runs, pair with the FSC1 Bender Connector to create a modular two-station configuration.
