It is the preferred harness for Malta Dynamics sister company Lang Masonry and Restoration. The innovative design provides extra comfort throughout the neck, shoulders and back. The one-piece design eliminates shoulder pad slippage – they stay in place and will not slide off. The padding re-distributes weight, keeping the pressure off, even when using a tool belt. The worker needs to be as comfortable as possible while on the jobsite and makes it easier to keep working productively while remaining safe on the job.
