The Kilargo IS8110si is a fully mortised, automatic flat back door bottom seal designed specifically for aluminium door rails on single-action doors. The spring-loaded mechanism lifts the silicone compression gasket clear of the floor as soon as the door opens a few millimetres, and drops it to seal against smoke, sound, draughts and dust as the door closes.

What It’s Used For

Specify the IS8110si for aluminium-framed doors shopfronts, office partitions, commercial glazed doors and institutional aluminium doorsets where standard timber-door drop seals don’t fit the rail profile. It gives aluminium doors the same automatic smoke, acoustic and draught sealing as a premium timber doorset.

The antimicrobial gasket option extends its use into hospitals, laboratories and food facilities with aluminium door systems.
