The Kilargo IS6030 is a compact magnetic seal for the head and jambs of metal-clad door perimeters and their meeting stiles fitted in lieu of door stops. The refrigeration-type magnetic gasket grips the steel face with enough strength that latches may not be required.

What It’s Used For

Choose the IS6030 where the full-size IS6015 won’t fit compact steel doorsets, coolroom and freezer doors, industrial enclosures and acoustic metal doors. The magnetic gasket pulls the door flat and seals continuously along the frame.

Use it on meeting stiles of steel pairs too (ordered as polarity-matched pairs).

Acoustic tested AS 1191 / ISO 140-3 / ISO 10140-2. Acoustically tested in accordance with AS 1191, ISO 140-3 and ISO 10140-2 the laboratory standards for measuring sound insulation. Correctly sealed doors are the difference between a quiet room and a noisy one; this seal is proven to cut sound leakage through the door gaps.Not a fire seal. This product is not a fire-rated seal. It is designed for acoustic, draught and dust sealing on steel-clad and metal door assemblies. If your door is a fire door, pair it with (or choose) a Kilargo intumescent fire seal tested to AS 1530.4.Ordering & dispatch.
