The Kilargo IS3100si is a complete weather sealing set: an IS3070si door bottom seal plus an IS4100 threshold plate in one order. Together they seal 1220 mm door bottom gaps against rain, cold smoke, sound, dust, light and insects fitted without removing the door, with cover strips concealing every fixing.

What It’s Used For

The IS3100si is the one-order answer for leaky external doorways the threshold stops water at floor level while the door bottom seal closes the air gap above it. Ideal for entry doors, balcony doors and commercial external doors exposed to weather.

Both parts cut back on site, and the seal’s gasket and cover strip are replaceable to keep the set performing for decades.

Smoke sealing BCA/NCC Specification C3.4. Conforms with Building Code of Australia (NCC) Specification C3.4 smoke sealing requirements. Smoke not flame is the biggest killer in building fires, and C3.4 sets out how door gaps must be sealed so escape routes stay clear of smoke.Acoustic tested AS 1191 / ISO 140-3 / ISO 10140-2. Acoustically tested in accordance with AS 1191, ISO 140-3 and ISO 10140-2 the laboratory standards for measuring sound insulation. Correctly sealed doors are the difference between a quiet room and a noisy one; this seal is proven to cut sound leakage through the door gaps.

Fire and smoke approvals apply to tested, proprietary door assemblies. Always confirm suitability for your specific door type and required rating with your fire door manufacturer or building certifier.
