The Kilargo IS7062 is a heavy-duty aluminium T section astragal fitted to plain or rebated meeting stiles of double doors (one active leaf). It closes the sight line along the centre gap, providing privacy and security along the full length of the meeting stile, with a drilled and countersunk mounting leg for left- or right-hand installation.

What It’s Used For

Fit the IS7062 to double doors where the priority is privacy or security along the centre join office pairs, storerooms, consulting rooms and rear-of-house doors. The rigid T-section prevents peering or levering at the meeting stile.

For smoke, acoustic or fire sealing at the stile, combine with (or choose) a gasketed Kilargo astragal such as the IS7060si or IS7071si.

It is designed for privacy and security screening of the meeting stile; pair with a gasketed Kilargo astragal where smoke, acoustic or fire sealing is required. If your door is a fire door, pair it with (or choose) a Kilargo intumescent fire seal tested to AS 1530.4.Ordering & dispatch.
