The Kilargo IS6015 is a magnetic perimeter seal for the head and jambs of metal-clad (steel) doors swing or sliding used in lieu of door stops. Like a refrigerator door, the magnetic gasket snaps to the steel face and holds so firmly that latches may not even be required.

What It’s Used For

Use the IS6015 on steel-clad doors coolrooms, plant rooms, workshops, industrial and commercial metal doorsets where a positive, self-holding seal is wanted around the perimeter without relying on mechanical latching.

The magnetic pull draws the door flat against the gasket, sealing air, draughts, dust and sound continuously along the frame.

Acoustic tested AS 1191 / ISO 140-3 / ISO 10140-2. Acoustically tested in accordance with AS 1191, ISO 140-3 and ISO 10140-2 the laboratory standards for measuring sound insulation. Correctly sealed doors are the difference between a quiet room and a noisy one; this seal is proven to cut sound leakage through the door gaps.Not a fire seal. This product is not a fire-rated seal. It is designed for acoustic, draught and dust sealing on steel-clad and metal door assemblies. If your door is a fire door, pair it with (or choose) a Kilargo intumescent fire seal tested to AS 1530.4.Ordering & dispatch.
