The Kilargo IS7020si Door Perimeter Seal Set packages the head and jamb lengths for a complete door in one order. This slim-line compression seal closes gaps of 06 mm against sound, smoke, light, dust and weather with concealed fixings. Door sets take the guesswork out of ordering: a Single Door Set contains 1 x 1000mm (head) and 2 x 2100mm (jambs); a Long Single 1 x 1000mm and 2 x 2750mm; a Double 3 x 2100mm; and a Long Double 1 x 2100mm and 2 x 2750mm.

What It’s Used For

Fit the IS7010si to the head and jambs of single-swing doors in offices, hotels, apartments, healthcare and education buildings anywhere door-edge gaps let through noise, smoke, draughts or light. It mounts against the existing door stop and adjusts to close the gap tightly.

Not recommended with snap-on cover plates on aluminium door/frame systems; for rebated frames on single doors, specify a long-backset door latch so the seal clears the latch furniture.

Fire tested AS 1530.4 / AS 1905.1. Fire tested to AS 1530.4 (the Australian standard fire-resistance test) in accordance with AS 1905.1, the standard for fire-rated doorsets. In plain terms: this seal has been proven on proprietary fire door assemblies, so it can be specified on fire doors without compromising the door’s fire rating.Certified GVYI.R26629, GVWZ.R26629, GVWZ7.R26629. Carries independent product certifications (GVYI.R26629, GVWZ.R26629, GVWZ7.R26629), giving certifiers and building surveyors documented evidence of compliance.Smoke tested AS 1530.7 / AS 6905. Holds medium-temperature (200C) smoke leakage approvals to AS 1530.7, compliant with AS 6905 on proprietary door assemblies. This is the test the BCA relies on for smoke doors it verifies the seal keeps hot, toxic smoke from leaking past the door for the required 30 minutes.Acoustic tested AS 1191 / ISO 140-3 / ISO 10140-2. Acoustically tested in accordance with AS 1191, ISO 140-3 and ISO 10140-2 the laboratory standards for measuring sound insulation. Correctly sealed doors are the difference between a quiet room and a noisy one; this seal is proven to cut sound leakage through the door gaps.Antimicrobial option available. Also offered in an antimicrobial (AM) silicone version, formulated to inhibit the growth of bacteria and mould on the gasket surface specified in hospitals, aged care, laboratories and food-preparation areas.
