The Kilargo IS7350si is a translucent polycarbonate astragal edge seal for 12mm frameless glass doors, fitted with a semi-transparent silicone bubble compression gasket. It seals the door edge against smoke, draughts and dust while staying almost invisible on the glass and its silicone gasket cushions the doors against collision during closure. Simple self-adhesive application.

What It’s Used For

Designed for architectural frameless glass doors office fronts, meeting rooms, retail and hotel interiors where a visible aluminium astragal would spoil the look. The translucent carrier and semi-transparent gasket all but disappear against the glass.

Use it to control smoke transfer, draughts, dust and door-edge impact on 12mm glass; its companion profile IS7355si (twin-fin) covers the alternative gasket style.

Smoke sealing BCA/NCC Specification C3.4. Conforms with Building Code of Australia (NCC) Specification C3.4 smoke sealing requirements. Smoke not flame is the biggest killer in building fires, and C3.4 sets out how door gaps must be sealed so escape routes stay clear of smoke.Not a fire seal. This product is not a fire-rated seal. It is designed for smoke, draught and dust sealing plus edge protection on frameless glass doors; glass door assemblies are not fire-rated systems. If your door is a fire door, pair it with (or choose) a Kilargo intumescent fire seal tested to AS 1530.4.

Fire and smoke approvals apply to tested, proprietary door assemblies. Always confirm suitability for your specific door type and required rating with your fire door manufacturer or building certifier.
